Designing Around Your Cat, Not the Catalog
The best catio is the one drawn around a specific animal. How we consider light, height, and habit before a single line is drawn.
There is no standard catio, because there is no standard cat. Before we draw a single line, we work to understand three things: your cat, your light, and your architecture.
We look at where your cat already chooses to sit — the height they prefer, whether they're a climber or a lounger, how they respond to sun versus shade. Those observations become the geometry of the build.
Then we study the site — where the light lands through the day, which wall the enclosure should hug, how it will read from inside the home and from the garden. Only then do we sketch.
The payoff is an enclosure your cat actually uses, in the spot they'd have chosen themselves — and one that looks like it was always meant to be there.
